Relevant Experience Required: 2–4 years in ServiceNow SOM / Service Operations Workspace
Mandatory Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred/required as per project

Job Summary We are looking for a ServiceNow SOM Developer with 2–4 years of experience to join our ServiceNow delivery team. The candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow SOM (Service Operations Workspace) and a good understanding of ServiceNow development and configuration. The role will involve working with senior developers and architects to configure, customize, test, and support SOM solutions based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Work on ServiceNow SOM / Service Operations Workspace configuration and development.
Configure and customize SOM workspace components based on requirements.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, etc.
Work with Flow Designer and basic ServiceNow integrations.
Support development and configuration of workspace pages, forms, lists, and related UI components.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and production support.
Participate in unit testing, defect fixing, deployments, and documentation.
Work closely with senior developers, functional consultants, and business teams.
Follow ServiceNow development standards and best practices.

Requirements

2–4 years of ServiceNow development experience.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SOM / Service Operations Workspace.
Good understanding of ServiceNow platform configuration and development.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and basic Glide APIs.
Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, and UI Actions.
Basic understanding of Flow Designer and REST APIs.
Good understanding of ServiceNow tables, forms, lists, roles, and update sets.
Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Experience with UI Builder / Now Experience Framework.
Exposure to ITSM, CSM, FSM, or other ServiceNow modules.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
