Role Description We are looking for an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Config Developer/Lead with 7–8 years of hands-on development experience in ClaimCenter. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering scalable ClaimCenter solutions aligned with business requirements. This role requires strong technical expertise in Guidewire configuration, leadership capabilities, and the ability to guide teams across the full development lifecycle. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure quality delivery, and drive best practices across ClaimCenter implementations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and configure Guidewire ClaimCenter modules including workflows, business rules, UI (PCF), and data model extensions Lead technical design discussions and provide solutioning for complex business requirements Develop and maintain integrations using Guidewire Integration Framework (GIF), REST/SOAP services, and messaging systems Ensure adherence to coding standards, configuration best practices, and performance optimization Guide and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
