About you
You're an experienced product manager who has taken a consumer product from idea to launch, and you know what it takes to evolve it once it reaches real users. You think deeply about UI/UX and have strong opinions on what makes a mobile experience feel fast, intuitive, and polished. You're comfortable starting from a blank slate and using data to prove (or disprove) your assertions. You’re vigilant about keeping a high bar of quality, but you’re not afraid to experiment. You are excited to take on new challenges and be part of something new that is growing into something big.

What you'll do
- Own product definition for a greenfield iOS and Android consumer app, from concept through launch.
- Understand our technological capabilities and constraints, and combine these with an understanding of user needs to develop groundbreaking solutions.
- Write concise specs and refine them with engineering for fast, efficient delivery.
- Coordinate all aspects of the projects you are responsible for, through the entire development cycle
- Define success metrics and use data, A/B testing, and user feedback to guide decisions.
- Bring our computer vision and AI capabilities into a seamless consumer experience.
Requirements
- Significant product management experience on consumer-facing products where UX was central to success.
- A track record of taking a consumer product from its earliest stages through launch.
- Proven ability to set strategy and make high-leverage decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Strong UI/UX instincts and exceptional attention to detail.
- Technical background, demonstrated through a degree in computer science or engineering, or through relevant work experience.
- Comfortable with data and experimentation.
- Native iOS or Android app experience is a strong plus, but not required.

Expected cash compensation range, Ontario based: $130,000 - $170,000 + other benefits.
