As a Senior Oracle Siebel Consultant at BlackStone eIT, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting our Oracle Siebel solutions for clients across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Oracle Siebel solutions.
- Design and develop Oracle Siebel applications, workflows, and business processes.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Implement, configure, and customize Oracle Siebel applications to meet client specifications.
- Create and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Oracle Siebel applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Siebel applications.
- Train client teams on the use and best practices of Oracle Siebel applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle Siebel Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Siebel CRM modules, including Sales, Service, and Marketing.
- Proficiency in Oracle Siebel configuration, customization, and integration.
- Good understanding of Oracle Siebel architecture and deployment options.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Certification in Oracle Siebel is preferred.
- Experience in Agile methodology is a plus.
