As Senior Officer, Monitoring - My Quest you
will support the program implementation by generating and disseminating data
and insights about program effectiveness and efficiency. You will work with the
Monitoring coordinator in developing the reporting tools to capture qualitative
and quantitative data and change stories. You will support the compilation,
review and production of reports to internal audiences for review and
reflection.
Monitoring,
Review and Reporting and Capacity building
● Collaborate
with the state lead and the Learning Experience team to ensure quarterly state
reviews are enhanced by data backed insights and promote learning and
reflection
● Develop
reporting tools of high quality to be administered by employees and Master
Trainers to capture comprehensive narrative and quantitative data
● Conduct
regular visits to implementation sites to carry out process monitoring as well
as gather feedback from stakeholders about the implemented projects and submit
detailed reports.
● Ensure
that monitoring and reporting systems, including fieldwork, collection of
reports and data entry, are correctly implemented by regional program and
project management teams
● Support with necessary data to produce
documents including case studies, study briefs, impact briefs for use by the
team
Capacity Building
● Provide
technical assistance and training on monitoring and data collection and
reporting to employees and program implementation partners
● Orient program team members and partner staff
members on monitoring tools, dashboards and analytical framework regularly in
coordination with the central Monitoring team.
Data Management
● Ensure programmatic data is error free and
updated by carrying out periodic data clean up exercises and flagging data
errors to program teams
● Support the analytics team
● Manage qualitative data analysis that gets
generated through various media in various channels like LMS, App, discussion
forums etc.
Requirements
Required Qualification and Skills:
● Graduate degree
● At least 1-2 year of experience in Monitoring
and Evaluation with a development organization
● Prior experience of creating Monitoring tools
and training
● Very strong data management and analytical
skills (quantitative and qualitative)
● Knowledge of MS Office, Gsuite especially
Excel, Google sheets
● Ability to query databases using SQL queries
● Ability to draft compelling reports grounded
in data
● Willingness to travel across Haryana , Delhi & Assam locations & as per team need
● An interest to look for newer ways of
capturing program impact and learnings
Benefits
Salary: The
pay band for the position starts at Rs. 47,000 /- per month (cost to company) (The
salary offered will be commensurate with the experience and expertise of the
candidate)
