Support learner outreach, placement coordination, employer engagement, and data management. Conduct calls with ITI alumni, maintain placement records, generate employer leads, assist placement drives, and prepare regular reports and progress updates.

Support program implementation by generating and disseminating data-driven insights; develop reporting tools; conduct field monitoring visits; ensure data quality and manage qualitative analysis; produce reports and case studies; provide training and technical assistance on monitoring and data collection; support analytics team.

Provide first-line support for MyQuest/QUESTApp/MQOPS and other digital platforms: troubleshoot issues, manage user accounts, perform UAT, maintain documentation, deliver trainings, coordinate with Product/QA/Engineering, and support field implementations.
