They manage multi-disciplinary teams, partner with global stakeholders, contribute to solutioning and pre-sales, and make critical decisions on technology, delivery, and people management.
Must Have SkillsTechnical fluency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, MySQL (or similar) RESTful API development, integration, and microservices architecture Frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, Vue.js (or similar) Version control (Git, GitHub) and CI/CD practices Strong understanding of system architecture, design principles, and engineering best practices Proven leadership in scaling engineering organizations Strong client and stakeholder management with global teams Excellent communication, influence, and collaboration skill Experience with pre-sales, scoping, estimation, and account growth People leadership: hiring, performance management, career development
