Key
responsibilities:
Talent
Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee end‑to‑end
recruitment for critical organisational roles, ensuring transparent and
merit‑based hiring.
- Strengthen
onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Support in
developing succession planning framework and internal talent mobility
initiatives.
- Provide support in developing
and improving the performance management system.
- Develop, review, and
implement HR policies, SOPs, and manuals in line with organisational and
legal requirements.
- Design and manage
volunteering and internship programs, leveraging technology-based
solutions for scalability and impact.
- Strengthen HR
analytics and reporting for leadership review and decision‑making
Learning,
Development and Engagement:
- Partner with People
Managers to identify learning and development needs, develop and ensure implementation
of capacity‑building initiatives.
- Develop and deliver
outcome-oriented learning solutions and training programs tailored to
diverse employee groups.
- Create engaging
learning materials including activities, audio-visual content, instructor
guides, and lesson plans.
- Monitor and evaluate
the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring continuous improvement
through feedback and data analysis.
- Support the
development and execution of employee engagement initiatives aimed at
enhancing morale, productivity, and retention.
- Undertake additional
initiatives and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
Qualifications
& Experience:
- Post Graduate degree
in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
- At least five years
of progressive experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, learning,
development and employee engagement.
- Prior experience in
the development/non‑profit/ humanitarian sector will be preferred.
· Strong practical understanding
of Indian labour laws and HR compliance.
- Proven ability to work
with cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
- Strong
communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with
digital learning tools and modern recruitment platforms.
- Excellent
communication skills, both written as well as oral
- Good presentation
and PR skills
- Should be sensitive
to the cause of the organisation
