Provide day-to-day IT support and administration across head office and state offices, manage user lifecycle and enterprise applications (Oracle Fusion, CRMOD), maintain IT infrastructure and assets, coordinate vendors, ensure backups, security, and business continuity, and support meetings and virtual events.

Support consolidation and management of program MIS, build trackers and dashboards, prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports, analyze program trends, support review processes, maintain action‑point trackers and ensure data quality and timely reporting across states and missions.

Lead HR functions including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, performance management, policy development, HR analytics, learning and development, and employee engagement. Ensure statutory compliance, design training and volunteering/internship programs, enhance HR systems, and partner with managers to drive talent strategy and organizational culture.

Support grant proposal development for ageing research by identifying funding opportunities, drafting proposals and concept notes, compiling literature and data, coordinating with teams, ensuring donor compliance, and supporting post-award reporting and partnership building.
