Myntra’s Media Team thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, seamlessly transitioning between strategic planning and operational execution. Collaborating with some of the country’s most renowned publishers and media partners, the team drives impactful campaigns that shape Myntra's digital marketing success. 


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Media Strategy
  1. Develop and recommend effective media plans, including priorities, channel mix, budget allocation, and campaign phasing. 
  2. Leverage platform analytics, campaign insights, and consumer behavior data to drive actionable strategies. 
  1. Execution Excellence - 
  1. Demonstrate hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads (AdWords & DV360), Snapchat Ads, and other platforms. 
  2. Possess a strong understanding of the 3rd party publisher ecosystem. 
  3. Experience in navigating the tech influencer (KOL) and content creator landscape is a plus. 
  1. Measurement & Impact Analysis
  1. Go beyond traditional media metrics to connect media performance with tangible business outcomes. 
  2. Contribute to building frameworks for business attribution and ROI analysis. 
  1. Ad Tech Setup & Optimization
  1. Evaluate and onboard ad tech platforms and partners.
  2.  Define planning principles, optimize campaigns, and ensure seamless execution with cutting-edge tools and technologies. 
  1. Collaboration- This role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders, including: 
  1. Media partners like Google, Facebook, and Twitter. 
  2. Third-party publishers and platforms. 
  3. Media agencies. 
  4. Internal teams such as Brand, Category, and Analytics.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience: 5–7 years in large-scale media planning and ad tech ecosystem management. E-commerce experience is a strong advantage. 

Education: Full-time Graduation/Post-Graduation from a premier institute.
