Senior Full-stack Developer (NodeJS/ReactJS)

We are looking for a full-stack web developer with Python/NodeJS and ReactJS with a strong background in API design, databases, performance, scalability, security, etc to join our team. You will be working across a range of projects and industries, building scalable and high-performance web solutions.

Location: Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, Hanoi

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working on Web and Mobile products for diverse clients and industries.
• Working and pair programming with other developers to build applications with Python/Node.js and ReactJS.
• Designing & implementing back-end API using Python/Node.JS
• Working with Product Owners to convert business requirements into technical designs.
• Cooperating with UI designers to implement modern minimalist designs into production.
• Applying proven technologies and best practices to level up your technical skills: NestJS, Redux
• Learning new languages and frameworks to improve yourself and stay current in an ever-changing environment.

Must have

• 5+ years of experience in backend development using NodeJS
• 3+ years of experience in frontend development using ReactJS or similar frameworks (Vue, Svelte, Angular)
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, scalable web architecture, and deploying to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with Python or integrating AI/ML solutions into web applications
• Strong working knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
• Familiarity with Extreme Programming (XP) practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), and code refactoring
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience leading project teams through the full life cycle of software development
• Experience supporting other team tasks such as mentoring, creating proposals, designing architecture for a project, etc.

Nice to have

• Experience with serverless architecture, e.g., AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Function, etc.
• Experience with security, performance, and scalability.
• Experience with NoSQL and Message Queue.
