Requirements
You’ll need to embody The EH Way, operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. For this role, you’ll also bring
- 6+ years of experience in software development with hands-on exposure to both backend and frontend.
- Proficient in at least one backend programming language (e.g. Ruby, TypeScript, Java, Python, Golang, etc.).
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript / TypeScript and React for frontend development.
- Willing and able to learn and work with Ruby (our main stack) in a production environment, with training provided.
- Experience building and integrating server-side APIs.
- Solid understanding of testing, CI/CD, and Agile development practices.
- Comfortable communicating in English in a global, remote-first environment.
- A team-first engineer with a high-ownership, growth-oriented mindset.
