- Lead the development of scalable frontend components and features using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following frontend engineering best practices and coding standards.
- Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces across web applications.
- Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to translate business requirements and design concepts into functional user experiences.
- Contribute to improving overall user experience, visual consistency, and frontend architecture.
- Optimize frontend applications for speed, responsiveness, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Improve rendering performance and application efficiency across desktop and mobile devices.
- Implement best practices for frontend performance monitoring and optimization.
- Integrate frontend components with backend APIs, services, and data sources.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end product functionality.
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure maintainability, scalability, and code consistency.
- Mentor and support junior frontend engineers through technical guidance and best practices.
- Promote strong engineering culture and continuous improvement across the team.
- Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
- Evaluate and adopt modern tools and practices that improve developer productivity and product quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in frontend development with strong expertise in React.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices.
- Experience with CSS preprocessors such as Sass or Less.
- Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
- Understanding of asynchronous programming concepts and API integrations.
- Strong knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development principles.
- Experience optimizing frontend performance and understanding browser rendering behavior.
- Hands-on experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Experience working on enterprise SaaS or AI-driven platforms.
- Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and component libraries.
- Exposure to scalable design systems and modern UI architectures.
- Experience working in agile and fast-paced product environments.
