We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Senior Executive to join our Sales Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our direct sales team, ensuring a seamless sales process. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the direct sales team, including data entry, report generation, and document management.
- Assist in lead generation and qualification, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential customers.
- Coordinate and schedule sales appointments, ensuring efficient time management for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, offering industry insights.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting enhancements.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the team.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the electrical/digital systems industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is essential.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software or tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset.
