renewable based on performance and availability of funds)

Senior
Executive Information Technology will
be responsible for Infrastructure & Applications. The position will be
responsible for providing day-to-day IT support across Head Office and State
Offices, administering enterprise applications, managing user access,
maintaining IT infrastructure, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth
operation of critical business systems. The role supports IT security, asset
management, system administration, and end-user services while ensuring
business continuity across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
1 IT Infrastructure, User Support & Security
- Provide technical support for desktops,
laptops, printers, peripherals, operating systems, and business
applications.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot
hardware, software, and network connectivity issues across Head Office and
State Offices.
- Monitor endpoint security, antivirus solutions,
server health, internet connectivity, backups, and overall IT
infrastructure performance.
- Assist in server patching, operating system
updates, vulnerability assessments, and business continuity activities.
- Provide technical support for organizational
meetings, webinars, and virtual events.
2. User Administration & Enterprise Applications
Support
- Manage user lifecycle activities including
account creation, modification, deactivation, password resets, and access
management.
- Administer Active Directory, Microsoft
Outlook/Microsoft 365 accounts, security groups, and user permissions.
- Provide user and functional support for Oracle
Fusion ERP, Oracle CRM OnDemand (CRMOD), Inventory Management System, and
Organizational Portal.
- Configure users, roles, permissions, project
mappings and other application master data.
- Troubleshoot application access, login,
browser, and functional issues, coordinating with vendors where required.
3. Asset Management, Reporting & Vendor
Coordination
- Maintain IT asset inventory, fixed asset
records, software licenses, warranties, AMCs, and support contracts.
- Track IT assets throughout their lifecycle and
support periodic asset audits and verification exercises.
- Generate inventory and operational reports,
maintain system documentation, SOPs, and configuration records.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and service
providers for issue resolution, maintenance, warranty claims, and
technical support.
Requirements
Qualifications &
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Diploma
3 years in Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Support, System
Administration, or Enterprise Application Support.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory,
Microsoft 365, Oracle Fusion ERP, CRM systems, Java, Kotlin, MongoDB and IT infrastructure
administration.
Key Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving
abilities.
- Good understanding of Windows environments,
networking, security, backups, and enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder
management, and customer-service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a
dynamic environment.
