Primary Responsibilities:
- Own DevOps strategy and execution for the Claims AI Landing Zone and Agentic AI Platform
- Design and operate CI/CD pipelines for:
- Agent code and workflows
- Platform services and orchestration layers
- MCP server integrations
- Ensure all Claims AI solutions meet production-grade readiness:
- High availability, scalability, and disaster recovery
- Rate limiting, throttling, and back-pressure controls to protect CPE/CRE/CAE systems
- Emergency kill switches and rollback strategies
- Lead environment strategy across dev, test, staging, and production
- Define and enforce SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets for AI workflows
- Establish AgentOps standards: deployment, cost monitoring, runtime controls, failure analysis
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering roles
- 4+ years in leading DevOps delivery for large-scale, distributed systems
