Primary Responsibilities:

• Work on business analysis requests around different business problems
• Creating analytical findings for the internal clients of UHG as per specifications received from them using information in UHG Specific databases
• Interact with the business users to understand their requirements
• Draw up project plan for the reports and execute as per schedule
• Develop impactful presentations and documents
• Perform quality checks on the reports and data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before sending it across to the clients both internal and external
• End to end experience in designing and deploying reports/ Dashboard/ data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors / 4 years of university degree
• 7+ years of business experience in analytics projects in Business Intelligence space
• Experience on handling BIG Data/ Cloud Data Structures for Ad-Hoc Analysis
• Experience in team handling and client management
• Good knowledge round Descriptive Business Analytics techniques like Hypothesis testing, Clustering, Segmentation etc.
• In-Depth/Project Knowledge of Business intelligence tools like Tableau/Power BI, etc.
• Good understanding of analytics tools: R, Python and BI tools.
• Proven solid problem-solving skills
• Proven good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Proven ability to work well both independently and within a team in a deadline driven environment
• Proven ability to take responsibility and deliver projects
