The Senior Associate in Marketing Analytics will analyze patient-level claims data, develop forecasting models, and provide insights for pharma clients, mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret patient-level claims data to uncover actionable insights for pharma clients.
- Support the development of patient journey analysis, market landscape, treatment overview, adherence studies, and other patient-centric analytics solutions.
- Lead and execute advanced analytics across MMX, forecasting, and sales performance measurements for US pharma brands.
- Build and maintain forecasting models to project demand, revenue, patient volumes, and prescription growth.
- Conduct brand and portfolio-level sales analytics, including NRX/TRX trends, HCP performance, payer mix, and competitive dynamics.
- Support MMX projects, including data ingestion, model execution, output validation, and insights storytelling.
- Perform KPI-driven performance analytics to evaluate field force effectiveness, ROI, and market opportunity identification.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to define business requirements and translate them into analytical frameworks.
- Ensure quality control and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members on analytics techniques and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Data Science.
3+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with strong expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and patient-based / patient-flow forecasting.
Experience in Patient Analytics is a strong plus.
Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting insights to clients and senior stakeholders.
Nice to have: Hands-on experience with Dataiku for data preparation, modeling, and machine learning workflows.
