ABOUT THE Senior Accountant - US GAAP ROLE:
WIN is a leading proptech company, and we’re expanding our finance team! We’re looking for a Senior Accountant with strong expertise in US GAAP and full-cycle accounting. In this role, you’ll handle financial reporting, reconciliations, and audits - going beyond just AP/AR. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance and financial transactions
2. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
3. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies
4. Perform account reconciliations and journal entries to maintain financial accuracy
5. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
6. Lead and support year-end audit processes, working closely with auditors and tax professionals
7. Identify process improvements and contribute to financial strategy
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
2. CPA - Preferred
3. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4. Minimum 4+ years of overall accounting experience, with at least 3 years of recent experience in US accounting (post-article ship)
5. Strong experience with US GAAP and financial reporting standards
6. Proven experience in handling year-end audits independently
7. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or other accounting software
8. Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy
9. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
