1.Achieves Departmental operational objectives  recommending  plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends;Implementing ECN / ECR. 2.Having good knowledge & hands on experience in various assembly processes 3..Approaching the problems and making corrective action are systematically through Why-Why Analysis. 4. Timely Implementation of Preventive , Predictive Maintenance plan for the assembly machines.5. Guiding shopfloor associates on day to day for the improvement in Productivity ,Quality ,Cost & Delivery.6.Support,supporting departments in terms of new machine erection and comissioning 7. Responsible for KAIZENS at his section through team motivation and covering their training needs.
