Job Description:Mandatory Requirements: • Minimum of 3 to 5 year experience in leading and delivering large scale experience in leading large scale SAP FICO / IT Finance based support & enhancement projects, preferably airline related. • Capability of interacting with team/customer proactively • Work with Project Management to understand the business requirements and priorities of deliveries. •SAP Skillset: • 2-3 full cycle implementation experience, 2 -3 Rollout projects , 4-5 E2E Support projects • Broad knowledge of FICO areas (New General Ledger, Special leaders, Accounts Receivables, - Accounts Payables, Asset Accounting, Banking Automation, Cost Element -Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal orders, Profitability Analysis , FSCM , IDOC and Interface related knowledge ). • Expertise with the integration aspects of FICO module with other functional modules SD, MM, FSCM. • Ability to work with ABAP / Development team to help them to understand functional specs. • Ability to understand the ABAP logic and debug the program. Additional Skills • Helped organizations to redesign financial processes to make the process more efficient • Ability to understand the business requirements, analyzing, documenting & designing in technical and functional specs. • Ability to learn and perform airlines business related custom functions. • Ability to prepare functional specs document and explain to the customer. • Ability to define the test cases / Integration test cases and perform the testing • Meet the SLAs and to raise the bar in the quality of support services • Ability to communicate issues, options for addressing the issues and status on projects with managers, peers and users in the business through oral and written as appropriate to audience. • Documentation of configuration, design elements allowing easy support and knowledge transfer. • Collaborates with other functional analysts to develop effective SAP solutions. • Strong organizational skills required with ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize project requests. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to create the document in ways that anyone can understand. Good to have Skills • ABAP knowledge would be an advantage • Good to have SAP FICO/ S/4HANA Financial Accounting Associate/ professional certification.
