Perform legacy-to-SAP field mapping, transformation, and loading of master and transactional data using BODS, BAPIs, and IDOCs. Create validation and reconciliation reports, troubleshoot conversion defects, support testing and Go-Live activities, prepare technical documentation, and identify automation opportunities.

SAP Module Exposure:
SAP FICO, MM/WM, SD, LE, HR/HCM, PP, PM and SuccessFactors Employee Central (optional).
Requirements:
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in SAP BODS/Data Conversion
• Experience in at least one SAP implementation project
• Strong SQL programming and ETL knowledge
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA as target system
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
