Configure and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud and DealHub CPQ by gathering requirements, mapping business processes, writing user stories, coordinating developers, managing Agile delivery, leading UAT, tracking defects, and securing stakeholder sign-off. The role also supports change management and end-user enablement while serving as the bridge between business leaders and technical teams.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Admin Specialist with deep functional expertise in Sales Cloud and CPQ. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. You will collaborate directly with business owners to gather requirements, translate operational needs into clear User Stories, oversee developer implementation, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure end-to-end delivery of high-impact Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Discovery & Business Consultation
- Requirement Gathering: Partner directly with business owners and Sales Leadership to capture business goals, operational pain points, and functional requirements.
- Solution Brainstorming: Lead consultative brainstorming sessions to evaluate existing Sales Cloud and Dealhub CPQ capabilities, designing efficient, scalable business processes.
- Process Mapping: Map end-to-end business workflows, quote-to-cash processes, approval logic, and pipeline management structures.
2. Requirements Translation & Agile Management
- User Story Creation: Translate business requirements into detailed functional specs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria within Jira.
- Sprint Collaboration: Brief development teams, clarify functional details, and assist in technical estimation and sprint planning.
3. Solution Delivery & Developer Management
- Hands-On Functional Configuration: Configure core Sales Cloud features and Dealhub CPQ rules..
- Developer Coordination: Coordinate with Dev team for all development works related to the user stories created and make sure to have timely checks in place.
- Project Oversight: Drive delivery momentum, ensuring developers stick to project timelines, quality standards, and acceptance criteria.
4. Testing, UAT & Stakeholder Deployment
- UAT Orchestration: Design test scenarios, author test scripts, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with business stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Sign-Off: Track defect resolution, collect formal stakeholder approval, and manage change management/end-user enablement before go-live.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Salesforce Expertise: 3–6 years of functional experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst, with deep hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud.
- CPQ Core Knowledge: Solid functional understanding of Dealhub CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) architecture, including Product & Price Rules, Approval Workflows, and Quote Templates.
- Business Analysis & Agile: Proven experience running discovery workshops, writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Delivery & Testing Leadership: Demonstrated track record of guiding developers through build phases, executing QA, and coordinating end-to-end UAT sign-offs with business leadership.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to align non-technical business leaders with technical development teams.
- Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201), Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce CPQ Specialist.
