We are looking for a high-performing and strategic Sales Leader to drive enterprise growth across AI, SaaS, Telecom Technology, Enterprise Platforms, and Fintech software solutions. This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional with a strong hunting mindset, proven success in new business acquisition, and deep experience managing enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closure.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of AI-led digital transformation, enterprise software delivery trends, and value-based selling approaches. You will work closely with CXOs, business leaders, and technical stakeholders to position innovative technology solutions that solve complex business challenges. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced, challenger or product-led organizations and has consistently exceeded revenue targets in quota-carrying roles.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales and new business acquisition across target industries including Telecom, Fintech, Enterprise SaaS, and AI platforms.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline from scratch through strategic prospecting, networking, partnerships, and consultative engagement.
  • Own the complete enterprise sales cycle including discovery, solution positioning, proposal creation, negotiations, and closures.
  • Engage with CXO-level stakeholders and decision-makers to understand business priorities and position value-driven technology solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with enterprise customers and manage long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, delivery, and pre-sales teams to craft tailored enterprise solutions.
  • Identify market trends, customer pain points, and competitive insights to influence GTM strategies.
  • Drive strategic account growth and expansion opportunities within existing enterprise customers.
  • Represent the organization in client meetings, industry events, and strategic business discussions.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue, pipeline, and growth targets.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong hunting and new business acquisition capabilities with a proven track record of enterprise deal closures.
  • Experience selling SaaS products, AI platforms, Telecom Technology solutions, Enterprise Platforms, or Fintech software.
  • Strong consultative and value-based selling expertise with CXO-level stakeholder management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline independently and close large strategic enterprise deals.
  • Experience working in challenger brands, product companies, or quota-carrying enterprise sales roles.
  • Deep understanding of AI-driven enterprise transformation and modern software delivery ecosystems.
  • Ability to engage effectively with both technical leadership and business decision-makers.
  • Strong enterprise account management skills and experience handling complex, long sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience in Telecom Operations, NOC, OSS/BSS, or Network Intelligence domains.
  • Exposure to AI/ML platforms, Developer Productivity tools, or SDLC intelligence solutions.
  • Experience in Fintech enterprise sales with banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions.
  • Experience selling On-Premise enterprise software solutions.
  • Background in startup environments or category-creation sales organizations.
  • MBA or Engineering educational background.
  • Prior experience with organizations such as Zoho, Freshworks, MongoDB, or Dynatrace.
