Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Executive / Sales Manager to build and scale our Gifting & Collaborations business.
This role is focused on creating high-volume revenue opportunities through festive gifting (Rakhi, Diwali, etc.), return gifts, bakery and food boxes, Amazon and e-commerce gift boxes, corporate event gifting, and cross-brand collaboration hampers.
The ideal candidate understands how to build partnerships, curate gifting solutions, and drive repeat seasonal and corporate business.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard partners across bakeries, dessert brands, food brands, gifting companies, event agencies, and corporate clients.
Drive festive gifting opportunities for Rakhi, Diwali, New Year, wedding gifting, and other seasonal occasions.
Develop and sell return gift packs, premium hampers, bakery food boxes, and beverage-inclusive gifting solutions.
Build collaborations with complementary brands to create co-branded and cross-category gift hampers.
Manage partnerships for Amazon gift boxes, e-commerce gifting bundles, and online marketplace gifting opportunities.
Drive corporate event gifting, employee gifting, client hampers, conference kits, and festive corporate orders.
Work closely with the marketing and design teams on packaging, inserts, branding, and personalized gifting concepts.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle: lead generation → sampling → proposal → negotiation → closure → execution coordination.
Coordinate with operations and supply teams to ensure timely fulfillment of bulk and seasonal orders.
Build a strong pipeline by tracking festive calendars, corporate gifting cycles, and collaboration opportunities.
Requirements
3–8 years of experience in gifting, corporate sales, partnerships, e-commerce, food & beverage sales, or brand collaborations.
Strong network within corporate gifting agencies, bakeries, food brands, event companies, and e-commerce sellers preferred.
Experience handling bulk orders, festive campaigns, and co-branded collaborations.
Good understanding of gifting pricing, packaging, margins, and seasonal demand planning.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive revenue growth.
