We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in IT and SaaS sales to join our client’s team. As an SDR, you will be critical in generating leads, driving pipeline growth, and helping convert prospects into long-term clients. Your ability to engage with decision-makers and communicate the value of solutions will be key to your success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients in the IT and SaaS sectors.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team with C-level executives and other key decision-makers.
- Articulate the value of SaaS solutions, understanding the technical needs and pain points of potential customers.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and progress in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies and align messaging with the needs of the target audience.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for meetings set and qualified leads generated.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales, with a focus on IT and SaaS products.
- Deep understanding of the IT landscape and SaaS sales processes, including cloud solutions, enterprise software, or digital transformation.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and compellingly.
- Strong research skills to identify and target key prospects within relevant industries.
- Results-driven, with a track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales enablement platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in working with or selling to enterprise IT teams or SaaS decision-makers.
- Familiarity with the B2B SaaS sales cycle and buyer journey.
- Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and effectively communicate their value.
- Previous success in a remote sales role, with the ability to self-manage and stay organized.
