Manage therapist-client scheduling, authorization tracking, and data integrity to ensure Medicaid-compliant, continuous ABA services. Optimize schedules, resolve disruptions same-day, coordinate with BCBAs and families, maintain EHR/Zoho records, and generate utilization and coverage reports to inform operations.

Handle very high-volume WhatsApp customer messaging (≈20,000 messages over five weeks), provide accurate product information, resolve inquiries, drive B2C sales, coordinate 24/7 team coverage, document interactions, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end email nurture systems that convert cold leads to qualified meetings. Own deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, inbox rotation), CRM architecture, integrations (APIs/Zapier/Make), and automated intent-based workflows. Continuously A/B test for reply rates and cost-per-meeting, ensure data transparency, and scale high-volume outreach while protecting sender reputation and domain health.

Serve as primary client contact to onboard, train, and support customers. Build relationships, monitor customer health, resolve issues with product and technical teams, drive retention and expansion, and report on NPS, churn, and satisfaction trends.
