Role Overview:
The Sale Assocaite & Analyst – ISD will be responsible for driving demand generation, managing product portfolios, executing new product launches, and optimizing pricing strategies. The role will also oversee marketing operations to ensure seamless execution of activation plans aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Demand Generation & Activation
- Develop and execute integrated demand generation programs to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
- Plan and implement targeted activation campaigns across channels (digital, field, partner-led).
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with customer acquisition and conversion goals.
- Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
2. Portfolio Planning & Management
- Manage and optimize the PSD product portfolio to ensure alignment with market needs and business strategy.
- Identify growth opportunities, gaps, and rationalization opportunities within the portfolio.
- Work closely with business, sales, and global teams to define portfolio roadmap.
3. New Product Launches (NPI)
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new product introductions.
- Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies including positioning, messaging, and channel plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, supply chain, regulatory, and technical teams) for successful launch execution.
- Monitor post-launch performance and drive corrective actions.
4. Pricing Management
- Drive pricing strategy and execution in alignment with market dynamics and organizational objectives.
- Analyze pricing trends, competitor benchmarks, and customer insights to optimize price positioning.
- Ensure pricing governance, approvals, and adherence to company guidelines.
- Support margin optimization initiatives.
5. Marketing Operations
- Manage end-to-end marketing operations including planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ensure seamless execution of processes such as campaign management, approvals, and compliance.
- Drive efficiency through tools, automation, and standardized processes.
- Maintain dashboards and provide regular performance insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
- 5–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B / industrial / technology sectors.
- Proven experience in demand generation, portfolio management, and product launches.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing and performance tracking.
- Experience in working with cross-functional and matrix organizations.
