Job Description岗位职责
- 为项目现场制定、实施并监督EHS政策与流程
- 确保项目符合安全法规及EHS标准
- 开展风险评估、安全审计及事故调查工作
- 主导安全培训、班前安全交底及安全宣传活动
- 监督承包商安全绩效，并督促落实整改措施
- 为项目相关方编制EHS报告及文件资料
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee EHS policies and procedures at project sites
- Ensure project compliance with safety regulations and EHS standards
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
- Lead safety training, pre-shift safety briefings, and safety awareness campaigns
- Monitor contractor safety performance and drive the implementation of corrective actions
- Prepare EHS reports and documentation for project stakeholders
任职要求
- 环境工程、职业安全或相关专业本科及以上学历
- 拥有工业或建筑项目领域至少5年EHS相关工作经验
- 熟悉EHS法规及行业实践
- 持有安全管理相关认证者优先
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in industrial or construction project settings
- Solid knowledge of EHS regulations and industry best practices
- Relevant safety management certifications preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
