Manage bank asset business across the region, evaluate customer proposals, train relationship managers, maintain HNI customer relationships, support deal structuring, visit customers, and assess property title and market value.
Job Role:
- Handling of Bank Assets business for the region
- To evaluate proposals of customers to be referred to respective asset divisions of the bank
- Training of the RM’s in KS to source business under all these asset categories
- Maintaining Relationships along with RMs / Dealers with HNI customers of KS
- Visiting customers along with Kotak securities RM for personal discussions and deal structuring.
- Understanding of property related aspects (like legal title and market value of the property)
