  • Proactively manage partner follow-up to ensure reporting is complete and on time.
  • Maintain clear documentation of partner revenue definitions, reporting schedules, and exceptions.
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting to ensure reconciled revenue meets close and audit requirements.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests related to partner revenue, enrollment, and cohort analysis.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize competing requests, and follow through on deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SQL and business intelligence tools such as Looker or similar platforms.
  • Experience with revenue reconciliation, invoicing, billing, financial reporting, or revenue recognition.
  • Experience working directly with external partners, vendors, or customers.
  • Experience in a marketplace, SaaS, EdTech, platform, or other business with partner-based revenue.
  • Experience standardizing processes, building operational controls, or automating recurring analysis.
