The person will be closely working with Project Managers in the team and will be involved in all aspects of data collection and field management, including sample and quota design, deployment plans, field work monitoring, managing field related issues, and managing panel vendors to meet client’s field objectives The purpose of this role is to meet clients field objectives, goals, and to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets.
Job Description:
Key responsibilities: o Understand the Business of Ugam/ Merkle o The person will assist the Project Managers or Senior Project Managers in setting up and executing projects assigned o Ensure projects are executed in a seamless fashion with effective coordination with internal teams such as survey programming, data processing and coding teams and vendors (such as translators, sample providers etc.) o Follow work allocation schedule and project plan. o Tasks may include: − Testing online survey links − Sampling − Prepare project updates − Ensure quality measures are followed o Keep the internal tools fully updated on a daily basis so that everybody can know exactly the status of a project by checking the tools o Escalate any outstanding issue to supervisor as soon as identified o Display skills to manage projects with limited supervision over a period of time (ideally between 3 – 6 months) o Contribute to team meetings by being prepared and sharing ideas o Adhere to procedures like communication protocols, operational practices / procedures, Information security practices, attendance procedures, etc.

Weekend Team caters to clients 24X7 and hence the candidate should be open to work on weekends on rotational basis
