The position requires deep engagement with service providers, platform vendors, and insurance technology specialists to evaluate capabilities, validate trends, and build comparative market frameworks. The analyst will drive the full research cycle, from methodology design and data modelling to briefings, scoring, and content development, ensuring high analytical rigor and consistent research quality. Responsibilities:
- Lead deep-dive research on L&A insurance and P&C insurance, covering product innovation, risk trends, distribution models, and operational transformation.
- Analyse regulatory changes (solvency, compliance, accounting standards), industry performance indicators, and market forecasts to identify implications for insurers and ecosystem players.
- Develop RadarView-specific comparative assessments of service providers, including maturity benchmarking, provider positioning, and supporting scoring methodologies.
- Produce high-quality research assets—market reports, whitepapers, assessments, and points of view—focused on digital transformation, underwriting, claims, policy admin, and customer experience.
- Engage with CXOs, business leaders, and domain experts across carriers to gather insights, validate trends, and shape research narratives.
- Establish innovative research processes, methodologies, and frameworks for structuring and analyzing data to develop impactful insights that are repeatable and continually improved.
- Assist with project management for a new business research product with exposure to the full product development cycle
Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent from Tier 1 institutes. 4-6 years of experience in research, strategy or consulting domains
- Candidates with significant experience with Big 4 or other strategy consulting firms. Previous work with leading tech industry analyst firms will be an advantage
- Strong aspiration to be known as prominent voice who has a significant impact on how industries apply technology to become future-ready
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal (English)
- Significant exposure and interest in emerging technologies, with an inherent curiosity to analyse how they will impact the world
- Strong sense of ownership and adherence to quality and timelines
- Exceptional quantitative and data interpretation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones/ geographies
