Relationship Manager - Equipment Finance| New Delhi

Manage pre- and post-trade lifecycle operations across asset classes, with emphasis on OTC, equity derivatives, structured, and exotic products. Review and reconcile trade details against legal and pricing documentation, assess risk attributes, investigate discrepancies, and ensure regulatory compliance. Partner with Trading, Risk, Legal, and Technology teams to resolve issues, improve controls, automate processes, support strategic projects, present insights to senior management, and mentor junior staff.

Lead Oracle Cloud HCM integration architecture for global HR technology. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather and model requirements, guide development teams, create solution documentation and user stories, facilitate adoption, and support the full SDLC. Deliver technical solutions across Hire to Retire, Benefits, and Core HR while solving complex business problems, analyzing data, and supporting Agile process improvements.

Own quarterly revenue reconciliation for degree partners, validating external reports against internal data, investigating variances, and ensuring accurate invoicing and audit-ready reporting. Manage partner follow-up, document revenue definitions and exceptions, support Finance and Accounting close activities, and handle ad hoc analyses. Improve reconciliation through standardized metrics, SQL, light automation, scalable controls, monitoring, and process documentation.
