Oversee evaluation and recommendation of LAP credit proposals, maintain underwriting standards, drive productivity and cost rationalization, manage escalations, audits, and tech improvements, and conduct performance reviews with the credit team.
Management of Credit Proposals & timely closure
Responsibilities(1) To decision / recommend credit proposals for LAP to Higher authorities
(2) Bring in optimum Productivity in the system
(3) Identifying areas of cost rationalisation and implementation thereof
(4) Maintaining Superior Underwriting Standards
(5) Propagate Usage of Digital Channels
(6) Escalation management
(7) Management of Audit queries & timely closure
(8) Identification of technological changes required in the overall underwriting system & get the necessary efficiency built up through respective tech team
(9) Conducting periodic performance Reviews with the credit team and taking course corrections when required
QualificationsExperience Range : 7 to 10 Years
