We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Internal - HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and sales hiring roles. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hiring for non-IT positions, particularly in high-volume and sales-driven environments. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for bulk and sales hiring mandates
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and vendor partnerships
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Handle large volumes of hiring within tight deadlines
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and job specifications
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
Requirements:
6 months–3 years of experience in recruitment (Non-IT hiring)
- Proven experience in bulk hiring and sales hiring
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Good stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in BFSI recruitment will be an added advantage
