Job Summary:
As a Quant Analytics at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer & Community Banking- Data and Analytics, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leverage a wide range of analytical tools and techniques to solve business problems with the objective to optimize banker performance and behavior
- Use advanced quantitative techniques on large datasets to identify trends and patterns and derive actionable insights
- Monitor and analyze experimental data to identify anomalies, trends and patterns and opportunities for improvement
- Effectively communicate with project team members and sponsors throughout the project lifecycle (status updates, gaps/risks, roadblocks, findings, etc.)
- Develop visualization/ppt to summarize and communicate key findings to stakeholders.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in quantitative discipline such as business, finance, economics, engineering, statistics, information system, or mathematics
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience and expertise in SQL, Python/R, Alteryx is required
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, clustering analysis, inferential statistics, data mining, experimental design techniques
- Experience in wrangling large, complex datasets, strong database skills and ability to write, optimize and tune complex SQL scripts.
- Experience delivering analytics solutions under strict timelines
- Strong problem solving mindset and ability to think both independently and collaboratively to implement creative solutions that solve business problems, with attention to detail
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical details, observations and inferences into business language
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage and deliver in an innovation-operated and fast-paced environment.
