Own end-to-end QA for Live Streaming & Content: plan, design, execute tests, and sign off releases across App/Web/Backend/Admin. Lead cross-platform and high-concurrency streaming tests, extend Python/pytest automation and k6 performance suites, collaborate with PMs/engineers/compliance, and contribute to AI-assisted testing initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end quality for the Live Streaming & Content domain: requirements review → test planning → case design → execution → release sign-off
- Lead cross-platform testing (App / Web / Backend / Admin), identifying E2E risk across the full stack
- Drive live streaming feature testing: stream start/end, co-streaming, cross-room connections, playback, compliance — including edge cases like weak network, stream drops, backgrounding, and high concurrency
- Maintain and extend our automation regression framework (Python + pytest + k6)
- Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, compliance, and operations to close quality loops fast
- Contribute to AI-assisted testing initiatives and team knowledge base
Requirements
- 3+ years QA experience in internet / fintech / content platform companies
- Live streaming testing experience (required) — you've tested stream start, co-streaming, push/pull streaming, interactive features, and playback end-to-end
- Comfortable with agile release cycles (2–3 week sprints, grey rollouts, full releases)
- Able to independently own test coverage and review others' test cases/code
- Strong cross-functional communication — you proactively flag risk, not just report bugs
- Python automation basics — read, extend, and maintain existing test scripts (no need to build from scratch)
- Strong sense of ownership: you care about quality, not just coverage numbers
Bonus Points
- Experience in Web3 / crypto / content community / fintech
- Familiar with k6, JMeter, or other performance testing tools
- API testing experience (Postman, packet capture, spec-driven)
- AI-assisted testing or AI coding tools experience (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)
- Content moderation, anti-spam, or compliance testing background
- SQL / data validation skills
