Leads analysis, mining, modeling, and visualization of large-scale transactional, operational, and customer data. Partners with compliance teams to prioritize analytical use cases, support regulatory requirements, improve business efficiency, and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations. Oversees multidisciplinary analysts, manages stakeholder data requests, assesses business changes, and develops analytical systems using machine learning, big data technologies, and visualization tools.

Support VIP cryptocurrency clients by handling requests, investigating account issues, coordinating cross-functional resolutions, monitoring trading activity, maintaining client records, and sharing crypto market intelligence. Develop expertise in Binance products including Spot, Futures, Margin, Options, Earn, and OTC while proactively improving client service and team operations.

Own and optimize Greenhouse and recruiting system operations, including job setup, workflows, permissions, templates, data integrity, reporting, dashboards, and process automation. Partner with recruiters, TA leadership, HRIS, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and improve systems and processes. Independently manage recruiting operations projects from scoping through implementation, while providing insights into hiring activity and operational performance.

Lead planning and execution of Binance's flagship global events and mid-sized programmes. Manage end-to-end event logistics (budgeting, production, venues, procurement, registration, onsite operations, post-event reporting), coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors, improve scalable event processes, and support virtual event delivery. Travel internationally (~30%) and handle multiple concurrent, high-profile projects with strong stakeholder management.

Handle corporate onboarding escalations and serve as a compliance subject matter expert. Conduct customer risk assessments, periodic and trigger reviews, enhanced due diligence, AML flag identification, and QA checks. Support compliance reviews, process improvements, special projects, and regulatory training while collaborating with MLROs, account managers, VIP teams, and other stakeholders. Apply relevant laws, regulations, virtual currency policies, and compliance tools such as World-Check.

Produce and edit timely content (blog posts, CRM, reports), support senior writers, coordinate cross-functional briefs, track content performance, maintain tone and accuracy, and stay current on crypto/Web3 and AI-enabled content workflows.

Design, develop, and optimize highly reliable, scalable backend services and APIs. Leads Binance’s market data function for its Traditional Finance expansion. Owns strategy, sourcing, licensing, vendor negotiations, integration, governance, entitlements, data quality, lineage, compliance, and budget management. Partners with product, engineering, legal, finance, exchanges, and vendors to build scalable market data infrastructure. Builds and mentors a team while serving as the internal expert on market data and market structure.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, secure Java backend services and APIs. Ensure reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency across microservices, databases, messaging systems, and capacity planning. Troubleshoot, profile, benchmark, and optimize systems (including ML applications) and collaborate with Kazakhstan stakeholders.

Leads finance transformation by owning core financial processes, modernizing ERP and planning systems, deploying AI and automation, partnering with engineering and data teams, redesigning workflows, establishing controls, and driving organizational adoption. The role requires senior finance leadership, strong systems expertise, hands-on AI transformation experience, process governance, and the ability to translate between finance and technology.

Lead end-to-end finance controllership for APAC entities, managing month- and year-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, audits, internal controls, budgeting and forecasting.
