Reviews and investigates transaction monitoring alerts and complex AML/CFT cases, analyzes customer and transaction activity, prepares SAR/STR narratives, supports FIU submissions and regulatory reporting, and maintains accurate investigation records. The role collaborates with Compliance, Legal, Investigations, and internal stakeholders while ensuring timely, policy-compliant case resolution and supporting improvements to transaction monitoring and financial crime compliance processes.

Assist in identifying and engaging KOLs, support organizing and attending KOL events, act as liaison ensuring professional communication, help manage crisis communications, prepare updates and reports on KOL activity and public sentiment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and represent the company at events.

Lead strategy and execution for fraud risk management across the platform. Develop detection and prevention frameworks, optimize transaction screening, partner with Compliance, Data Science, Engineering and Product, oversee KPIs and vendor costs, lead a risk strategy team, and pilot AI/LLM-driven tools to enhance detection while enabling business growth and regulatory alignment.
