Responsibilities:- Assist in preparing case studies, archiving and finding references, CV formatting, templates, and standard chapters (leveraging AI tools).
- Support with pricing tool (Microsoft Excel), providing cost table in Client format.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- The knowledge of Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese or Dutch will be considered as plus.
- Strong organizational skills and proactivity
