What You’ll Bring
4–6 years of experience in proposal support, contract administration, or similar roles
Bachelor’s degree
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
A proactive, collaborative mindset
Required
4–6 years in proposal and contract support or related field
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong organizational skills and proactive attitude
Preferred
Experience supporting project scheduling for proposals
Familiarity with contract governance processes
Proficiency in either French or Italian
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and scheduling project activities.
Assist with budget monitoring, time tracking, and rate checks.
Support invoicing, payment follow-up, and contract documentation.
Prepare proposals, including case studies, CV formatting, templates, and standard chapters (leveraging AI tools)
Support pricing integration using Microsoft Excel
Manage subcontractor contract documentation and coordinate Terms & Conditions with the legal team
Assist in client contract discussions and ensure governance approvals
Organize and maintain contract documentation for compliance
Manage subcontractor approvals (qualification, waivers, insurances, contract setup)
Collaborate with Client Managers on account reporting and KPIs
