Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between Sales, Operations Recruiting, and Marketing.
- Lead AI training programs and technology integration initiatives to optimize workflows and automate processes.
- Develop sophisticated dashboards using Power BI or other tools to provide data-driven insights across departments. This entails working with our Operations team who have expertise in Power BI.
- Proactively identify challenges, communicate effectively, and drive projects to timely completion.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting team to support Sales hiring goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of project management or related experience experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, complex, cross-functional projects.
- Advanced technical skills and experience with AI technologies.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem solving, and influencing skills.
- A results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, proactive environment
Technical Skills Proficiency:
- Proficiency in Project Management and workflow management software tools
- Expertise in data visualization and dashboard creation using more common project workflow management tools.
