What You'll Bring
Required
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferred).
3–5 years of project management experience.
Strong understanding of contracts and project governance.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to communicate professionally and work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred
Experience with cost estimation tools and subcontractor management.
Familiarity with invoicing processes and financial tracking.
Hands-on approach with exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Proposal Phase: Support PLAN and STARR processes, vet subcontractors, develop project plans, and prepare cost estimates.
Contract Phase: Organize documentation, initiate project setup, and ensure governance approvals.
Start-Up Phase: Coordinate kick-off meetings, invoicing schedules, and health & safety requirements.
Implementation Phase: Monitor project progress, manage scope changes, and conduct financial reviews.
Delivery & Closure: Facilitate technical reviews, ensure timely delivery, and oversee invoicing and collections.
