Manage project planning, coordinate staff and vendors, track progress and deadlines, handle vendor empanelment, payroll, invoicing and payments, produce vendor scorecards and reports, manage client relationships, rostering, and logistics for interviews.
- Leading project planning sessions
- Coordinating staff and internal resources
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines
- Managing relationships with client and internal/external stake holders
- Vendor empanelment & coordination on deliveries
- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports with score card of vendor partners to VMT & facility team
- Taking the monthly review from all the vendor partners
- Delivering the vendor pay roll on time with invoice submission to client
- Collecting the payments from customer on time as per the SLA
- Giving the score card of vendor to client on associate POP/Statutory numbers/ CLRA registers
- Make sure project team delivers the task as per the client ask
- Team weekly rousting
- Coordination with client for mandates & business
- Arranging the venue for interviews
