We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Project Consultant to join our India team, based in New Delhi. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and driven to perform at a high level. You’ll be expected to think critically, take initiative, and deliver with precision as you help clients navigate uncertainty, manage complexity, and deliver impact across the region and beyond.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Monitor and analyze key policy and regulatory developments in India across all sectors. Conduct in-depth research and analysis on relevant policy issues and legislative developments. 

  • Develop concise, high-quality policy briefs, regulatory summaries, and internal memos. 

  • Provide research and documentation support for public affairs and advocacy campaigns. 

  • Assist in planning and executing stakeholder outreach, including preparing background notes, meeting briefs, and tracking engagement. 

  • Support in organizing consultations, roundtables, or stakeholder meetings as needed. 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • University degree or higher, preferably in Public Affairs, Communications, Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy, or a related field. 

  • 1-3 years of experience in public affairs or policy-related fields. Backgrounds from consulting, think tanks, government agencies, or corporate in-house teams are all welcomed. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally. 

  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective time management. 

  • Genuine interest in current affairs, policy issues, and global industry trends. 

  • Proactive, curious, and quick to learn, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. 

  • Positive attitude and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities and client needs. 

  • Familiarity with media monitoring tools, stakeholder mapping, or advocacy work is an advantage.
