Role Overview
Supports sustainable growth by executing consultative sales activities, promoting ASP technology adoption, and ensuring high standards of quality, compliance, and customer support across diverse healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute sales plans by sourcing opportunities, maintaining a healthy pipeline, and achieving defined revenue targets.
• Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to inform commercial strategy and product positioning.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of ASP products, market applications, and relevant clinical practices to ensure high‑quality customer engagement.
• Deliver accurate, compliant product education through customer visits, clinical demonstrations, academic activities, and conference participation.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and key opinion leaders to support adoption and long‑term product performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, professional education, regulatory, quality, compliance, and operations teams to ensure high‑quality execution and timely issue resolution.
• Manage sales resources responsibly by preparing budgets, ensuring efficient use of tools and materials, and supporting accurate reporting.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, capital equipment, or related healthcare environments.
Role & Competence Requirement
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills to engage customers and channel partners effectively.
- Ability to independently prospect, prioritize workload, and operate in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
- Demonstrated capability to deliver product demonstrations and technical discussions with healthcare professionals.
- High learning agility with strong ethical judgment and commitment to compliant business conduct.
- Ability to gather and synthesize market insights to support sales execution and problem‑solving.
- Knowledge of medical device sales processes, hospital purchasing dynamics, and capital‑equipment selling preferred. Role requires frequent domestic travel and on-call requirements
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Good understanding of Institutional sales, and government/private hospital ecosystem.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a high-performance, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel across the region.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Sciences, or related field.
- MBA in Sales / Marketing will be an added advantage.
