Responsibilities include systems administration, troubleshooting, patching, upgrades, deployments, documentation, architecture reviews, infrastructure modernization, vulnerability remediation, system hardening, identity security, endpoint management, and security control validation. Collaborates with security teams, shared services, vendors, and business stakeholders to improve reliability, operational maturity, and cybersecurity posture.

Manage and maintain highly available Windows and Linux systems, infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery. Build infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines using cloud and automation tools. Analyze logs, metrics, and trends to support scalability and reliability, administer Kubernetes environments, automate service workflows, and apply security and ITIL best practices. Collaborate with DevOps, DBA, development, and security teams, with a primary focus on AWS and additional Azure technologies.

Lead month-end close, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, journal entries, multi-currency consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, Opex and revenue analysis, and financial reporting under US GAAP or IFRS. Manage SOX controls and testing, support audit readiness, partner with global stakeholders, resolve reporting issues, and improve or automate finance processes. The role requires independent work in a remote environment and evening or occasional night shifts during month-end close.

Designs, secures, automates, and manages enterprise Windows and Apple endpoints using Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, and Jamf Pro. Leads SCCM-to-cloud modernization, zero-touch provisioning, endpoint security, application packaging, compliance, remediation, and lifecycle automation. Provides Level 3 support, resolves complex endpoint issues, establishes engineering standards, documents architecture and procedures, collaborates with technology teams, and mentors junior engineers.

Perform daily depot calibrations of test and measurement equipment, meet promised turnaround times, implement calibration procedures per Fluke and ISO 17025 requirements, support NPI and new capability setup with the lab manager, and perform other tasks as assigned.

This role involves managing and automating infrastructure, deploying applications, ensuring system availability on cloud platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design and develop electrical systems for medical devices including schematics, PCB layouts, and cable/harness. Generate requirements, ensure DFM/DFT, perform design reviews, verification/validation testing, failure analyses, and documentation. Mentor junior engineers, manage moderate-scope projects, collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners, and apply FBS continuous-improvement practices. Travel as required.

Triage, investigate, and resolve customer technical support tickets for ServiceChannel products (APIs, EasyPay, FSM, Data Direct). Communicate with customers, perform root cause analysis, escalate defects to Engineering/Product, maintain documentation and SLAs, and identify trends to reduce recurring incidents.

Administer and optimize Zendesk and related integrations; manage workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling and intraday operations; build dashboards and reports; monitor contact centre KPIs; provide analysis and staffing recommendations to improve service levels and customer outcomes.

Design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow HRSD features (Employee Service Center, Case/Knowledge, Onboarding, Virtual Agent). Perform platform administration, develop scripts and UI components, assist integrations and troubleshooting, document work, and collaborate with HR and technical partners.
