Design and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across major providers while owning cloud cost visibility and optimization. Hands-on NetSuite administrator/developer responsible for SuiteScript development, SDF deployments, NetSuite customization, SaaS billing automation, EFT/payment gateway setup, and building/maintaining bi-directional Salesforce-NetSuite integrations via Celigo. Owns ticket queue, integration monitoring, data hygiene, and Procure-to-Pay technical configurations.

Design and develop electrical systems for medical devices including schematics, PCB layouts, and cable/harness. Generate requirements, ensure DFM/DFT, perform design reviews, verification/validation testing, failure analyses, and documentation. Mentor junior engineers, manage moderate-scope projects, collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners, and apply FBS continuous-improvement practices. Travel as required.

Provide first-line application and technical support for ServiceChannel users via Zendesk, phone, email, and chat; triage, document, and escalate issues to development or engineering; deliver training, maintain knowledge base, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Triage, investigate, and resolve customer technical support tickets for ServiceChannel products (APIs, EasyPay, FSM, Data Direct). Communicate with customers, perform root cause analysis, escalate defects to Engineering/Product, maintain documentation and SLAs, and identify trends to reduce recurring incidents.

Administer and optimize Zendesk and related integrations; manage workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling and intraday operations; build dashboards and reports; monitor contact centre KPIs; provide analysis and staffing recommendations to improve service levels and customer outcomes.

Design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow HRSD features (Employee Service Center, Case/Knowledge, Onboarding, Virtual Agent). Perform platform administration, develop scripts and UI components, assist integrations and troubleshooting, document work, and collaborate with HR and technical partners.

The IAM/IGA Engineer designs, supports, and maintains identity security solutions for access management and governance across hybrid environments, handling provisioning, authentication, and compliance efforts.

Perform daily depot calibrations of test and measurement equipment, meet promised turnaround times, implement calibration procedures per Fluke and ISO 17025 requirements, support NPI and new capability setup with the lab manager, and perform other tasks as assigned.
