Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and increase unit contribution and profitability.
- Identify and develop new product opportunities and product line extensions.
- Monitor product performance and recommend growth actions.
- Prepare product plans, pricing strategies, and demand forecasts.
- Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) activities, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, R&D, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
- Track and improve unit performance through data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- MBA (Marketing) / PGDM preferred.
- 3-7 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Business Development.
