Are you a data-driven marketer who thrives on scaling products and solving growth challenges? Hubhopper is seeking a Growth Hacker to join our team and spearhead the next wave of growth for our podcast platform.

What You’ll Do

Analytics & Insights:

•Leverage tools like SQL, GA4, Mixpanel, and Looker Studio to identify growth opportunities and monitor campaign performance.

•Conduct in-depth funnel analysis to understand drop-offs and improve user journeys.

Growth Campaigns:

•Design and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies across paid, organic, and referral channels.

•Optimize CAC, LTV, and conversion rates through iterative testing and experiments.

•Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings.

•Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and monitor SERP performance.

Collaborative Growth:

•Partner with product, marketing, and tech teams to launch impactful product features and campaigns.

•Drive A/B testing to enhance website engagement.

Retention & Monetization:

•Implement retention strategies using lifecycle marketing, email drips, and re-engagement campaigns.

•Identify monetization opportunities and enhance user upgrade flows.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

•2 years in a growth or marketing role, preferably at a product-based company.

Skills:

•Proficiency with SQL, GA4, Mixpanel, and data visualization tools.

•Strong grasp of growth marketing frameworks and KPIs like CAC, LTV, retention, and MAUs.

•Hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing, A/B testing, and user behavior analysis.

•Data-driven decision-maker with a knack for experimentation.

•Creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills.

Preferred:

Previous experience in the podcasting industry or related SaaS platforms is a plus—but it shouldn’t stop you from applying if you’re excited about this role!
